Time period for selection procedure
The selection procedure for the graduate program will be completed within four weeks maximum following the closing date for applications.
Documents in written form
The selection procedure for the graduate program is managed jointly by both universities. A selection committee from the graduate program is responsible for the procedure. The first round of the procedure is based on the written application you submit.
Students who reach the second round of the selection procedure will be invited to an interview in Munich. The interviews will scheduled in the second last week of the summer semester. We regret that travel expenses cannot be reimbursed.
We will contact you personally by telephone and/or email to arrange an exact date and time for your interview. For this purpose, it is extremely important that you are contactable between June 15 (closing date for application) and the beginning of July to arrange the date of the interview. We regret that, for organizational reasons, we are unable to offer alternative dates.
Part of the selection procedure in Munich involves a subject-related English test.
Once your documents have been checked and you have successfully completed an interview, you will receive a letter of admission for the graduate program.
