Honours Master's program East European Studies
The aim of the degree program is to teach regional competence for Central Eastern, South Eastern and Eastern Europe. Students learn to analyze developments and situations in Eastern Europe and place them in their respective political, social, legal, economic, historic and cultural contexts.
Besides specialist knowledge and linguistic competence, the course furnishes students with the key skills they will later need in order to take up positions of responsibility in politics, culture, business and academics. Special features of the degree program include a project-based course and an annual summer school.
